Kajol and Karan Johar’s fallout post the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay clash has been a hot topic for some time now. While KJo has always been upfront about it and has even talked about the broken friendship in his much talked about biography, An Unsuitable Boy, Kajol has always maintained her silence on it.
However, speaking to a leading daily, the 42-year-old has hinted at the issue and said that relationships generally get difficult.
Says Kajol, “I think relationships are generally difficult, nothing to do with Bollywood, but wouldn’t like to comment anything on what happened with Karan (Johar).”
Earlier, revealing shocking details about the broken friendship in his biography the filmmaker had written, “Things were said, crazy accusations were made against me, that I had bribed someone to sabotage her husband’s film.
I can’t even say that I was hurt or pained by it. I just wanted to blank it out. When she reacted to the whole situation and put out a tweet saying, ‘Shocked!’ that’s when I knew it was completely over for me.”
“I wouldn’t like to give a piece of myself to her at all because she’s killed every bit of emotion I had for her for twenty-five years. I don’t think she deserves me. I feel nothing for her anymore,” he added.
And though Kajol kept mum throughout, hubby Ajay back in October 2016 had commented, “We have our issues and that’s strictly personal, and nothing professional. Those are personal issues and I don’t want to talk about it.”
